What We Are
We are a do it yourself, creative art studio
Reservations are requested and can be made by clicking on the menu above. Walk-ins always welcome if space allows.
*Face masks are no longer required in our studio, but we still have state of the art medical grade H13 air filtration. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule.
Please note, we do have a studio cat named Crash!
We have TO GO ceramic pottery kits! These are a great way to bring the experience home. If you choose a "no fire" kit, take it home and keep it home! We provide no fire ceramic stains. If you want a classic fired ceramic kit, drop it off when you are done painting, we will take it from there.
Click on our Shop page to see all of the amazing TO GO projects for sale. As always, we will continue to offer seasonal pieces as well as our staples. We like changing it up to keep things new and fresh. Don't see what you are looking for? Call or email the studio, we will do our best to help you create that perfect memory!
If possible, please allow one business day, we are open Wed-Sun, to process Pottery to go orders.
We are constantly changing our in studio stock, and have a large assortment of seasonal pieces, houseware items, kids pieces, ornaments and Christmas trees. These are not always pictured - feel free to stop in to see our current selection of items that you can come in to paint.

Paint Your Own Pottery
Customers painting high quality bisque ceramics is the heart of our business. We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of customer service you receive when working with Prancing Pig Pottery. Click on our shop button to look at Pottery To Go, or call us today to make a reservation! Painting pottery is a great project for all ages, even the little ones. Ask us about special ways we can help our youngest customers create something special.
Board Art
Board art has really gained popularity!
Choose from our samples, or send us an idea and we can customize something for your perfect event or gift.
*Board Art is appropriate for ages 10 and over. Please call the studio and we will be happy to set up a custom board art reservation for you, reservations cannot be made online.
Fused Glass
Glass fusion is something unique we do here at The Prancing Pig. This is a specialty we offer in studio only, and by appointment. From decorative plates to sun catchers, we have something special for you. We can help you create this, it is what we do!
*Fused Glass Art is appropriate for customers 12 and over.
*Glass reservations cannot be made online. Please call the studio so we can set up a custom glass reservation just for you!
